Penggunaan Vitamin D di Bidang Dermatologi

چکیده
Vitamin D adalah vitamin yang larut di dalam lemak tersedia 2 bentuk: ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) dan cholecalciferol D3). Terdapat dua sumber utama yaitu Ultraviolet B merupakan makanan seperti cod liver oil, yogurt, susu lain-lain. Kulit tempat sintesis organ target dari bentuk aktif D. kulit memiliki berbagai macam fungsi diferensiasi proliferasi keratinosit, berperan pada proses imunologis, pertumbuhan rambut melanosit. Pada beberapa keadaan dermatitis atopik, psoriasis, kanker kulit, vitiligo, akne vulgaris, alopesia areata ditemukan kadar rendah.
